In Memory

Caroline Allen (Beckner)

Mary Caroline Beckner  1944 - 2024

Mary Caroline Beckner, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, at the age of 80.

Born on March 5, 1944, Caroline, as she was affectionately known, lived a life rich in love, learning and adventure. She was the devoted wife of Everett Beckner, with whom she shared a lifetime of exploration, traveling the world together and creating cherished memories.

Caroline was a proud and loving mother to her two daughters, Kimberly Schenck of Santa Monica, California, and Audrey Bell and her husband, Alan, of Corrales, New Mexico. Her joy was further amplified by her grandchildren and great-grandson, all of whom brought immense pride and happiness into her life.

She is also survived by her brother, John Allen, and his wife, Susan, of Houston, Texas; and her sister, Julie Allen Best, and her husband, Jeffrey, of Palm Coast, Florida.

An advocate for education and a lifelong learner, Caroline earned multiple degrees and inspired those around her with her passion for knowledge and books. Her curiosity about the world extended beyond the classroom, as she and Everett embraced every opportunity to explore new cultures and destinations.

Caroline’s kindness, wisdom, and adventurous spirit left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, learning, and boundless curiosity will live on in her family and friends, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Caroline will be remembered for her friendship.
We shared a Home ec class and learned to make spaghetti.
When we made it for our Families it was enough for a Army!
HAHAH!! We had a laugh about that! She was a Sweetheart!
Peace be with her family! heart
