One must be carefull when biting into the worm not to get it on your shirt or it will burn a hole right through to your T-shirt. When you swallow the juice of the takillya wurm, it will protect you against scorpion bites.   The last scorpion that bite me... died three day later,

Tommy may not like that I said he was into the politics of Roswell.  All I know is that the top 10 politicians of Roswell call him Mr Weathers.  As for me I just call him Godfather.

Actually Bill L. I think Tommy paid them to get blamed for stuff.. He had more fun saying he didn't do it. There was no way we could have done all that we were accused of in those days. Sometimes it was just easier to take the blame than try to deny it. I never ran down Main Street naked at 3am with a machete. Didn't do it but I got blamed for it. Never happened !! Although some did do more than they got accused of. Billy Ward did set the doctor's couch on fire trying to hide a cigarette from Van Witt and Danny Cathey did blow the lock off of a camper shell full of dynamite.

Them waz tha good old days.

Bill T. Remember when we use to drag main an had to stop at 2nd & Main for the light, car doors would open an all the beer bottles would be placed on the line in the center of the road etc

There is no reason to consider yourself clueless in the matter of #25's identity. NO ONE, AND I REPEAT NO ONE, HAS BEEN ABLE TO IDENTIFY HIM. Allensworth and I even had a meeting with Coach Bill French and he didn't know his name. It is quite possible that he and his family were in the witness protection program. I have talked to almost every member of that team and none of us remembered him period.(Harl Rogers and Robert Holmes are deceased)

It is just one of the great Roswell mysteries.

Cuz that wasn't just a Lion.  That was Ceasar!.  I believe some fly boys cut off his tail and were caught and there was talk of a hanging.  Did you really run down the middle of Main St. neckkid.  Was that the night Roy and I let you have a few sips of Everclear?

There was always so suspicion that a couple of local boys (RHS'62) maimed the lion and blamed it on the flyboys. They know who they are !!!! The flyboys did get blamed for an extordinary amount of stuff.

No i didn't run down the street naked, ( I was in no condition to run,I could barely stand-fully clothed) there was however a machete and mucho alcohol involved, most of which belonged to Rex,Gary Poe,Jerry Kerr and Gary Richburg. But I have a witness who was there at the time and can attest that that cop Officer Dennis made it all up.

I do remember Cuz Gerald using Everclear in his Zippo for lighter fluid. There any many Everclear stories for a later time and place.

Don you are right about the fly boys. I understand that they were transferred to somewhere that no one wants to go.  Soon after my stay at NMMI I was working for a food company that serviced the base and I got to know some of the fly boys that worked there. We were having a few  beers one night and they were talking about the guys and their transfers. They said they went to the same place their Judo instructor went after having a fight at a down town theater. Seem like the instructor got the crap beat out of him for saying bad words in front of some hi school boy's girl friend. Well I was one year out of hi school but I bet he never said the F word around a young lady again. Lucy was a Sr. that year along with you and the gang.

And on top of all that It was Calvin and Charley McClain's fault. It was Calvin's car and machete and he and Charley drank the trunk full of empty's. Coors and Jim Beam.
